Eligibility

You agree to use Attento only for its intended purpose: promoting safe driving practices.
You agree not to use Attento for any illegal or unauthorised activity, including but not limited to:
a. Distracted driving, such as using your phone while driving. b. Sharing personal information that could be used to identify or harm others. c. Tampering with or modifying the Attento app or service. d. Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
User Data and Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.
By using Attento, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Attento and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.
Safety
You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of others while using Attento.
Attento is not a substitute for safe driving practices. You should always obey traffic laws and use your best judgement when on the road.
Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in any way related to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Modification and Termination
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Your continued use of Attento after such modifications constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Attento at any time without notice for any reason, including violations of these Terms of Use.

Excessive speeding occurs when the vehicle surpasses the designated speed limit for a given road or driving condition. It is defined as exceeding the posted speed limit for extended periods.
ACCELERATION
Rapid acceleration refers to a swift increase in vehicle speed, often associated with aggressive overtaking manoeuvre or a fast start from an idle position such as traffic lights or toll booths. It is characterized by acceleration exceeding a threshold of 0.3g or about 10 kmph per second.
VIOLATIONS
Traffic violations encompass a range of infractions, including illegal entries into one-way roads or illegal u-turns, speeding through hospital and school zones and many more.
TURNS
Sharp turns occur when the vehicle makes a rapid change in direction, typically at high speeds or with a narrow turning radius. They are often characterised by a turn angle of greater than 20 degrees per second.
